    Hi Swekl,

it is the first time I hear about this, so I have no idea what might cause this.

Do you run the latest versions of WordPress and Advanced Ads?

Is this new or did it work before?

    Thanks
    Thomas

You’re right – it is necessary to update, but does not allow other custom plugin.
When Refresh where changing weight? In group settings?

I am not sure what you mean with “does not allow other custom plugin”, but the ad weights get updates in the group section of the plugin:

Your Dashboard > Advanced Ads > Groups > (select the group)

We updated version of WordPress, but I still do not see where and how I can adjust the weight of advertising.

    This function is not active.

There is no ad assigned to the ad group in your screenshot, so maybe this is why you can’t select an ad weight.
Please go to an ad, assign it to a group and check again.

    Thanks

And how I can assign more than now?

I assigned them immediately. Somehow assignment in Group is not displayed. But you can see that the ads in the group, there are a group of advertising displays – means such as assignment is not complete.

Ok, when you assigned it like in the screenshot and it is not displayed in the group list then this looks like a problem.

You can check again in the ad overview list when clicking on “quick edit”. Is the group is assigned there as well?

Advanced Ads uses the standard queries for taxonomies here, so it is possible that another plugin hooks into that and changes it. Is it possible to disable the other plugins for a few minutes and check if the problem still happens?

    Thanks

Now I try to disable 1 by 1 the plugins …

ok, let me know if you find something and if then which plugin caused it.

Found conflict plugin! It is Advanced Access Manager. The problem is that it has recently resold, but it is a very useful … It structures the user access to the administrative panel.

I will also check it, but maybe you could tell them about it.
The problem is very likely that they alter the query without making an exception for non-public post types (like the ads). If they need a pointer to my code then I invite them to contact me.

    Thanks
    Thomas
