Weight Based Shipping: Shipping zone missing

    Hi, we have installed for a while your plugin that worked very well (free) and I would buy it, I noticed that setting the various areas in shipping woocommerce are not calculated shipments in the cart but are calculated only those in the settings of the plug in, for example in areas we have put all the European areas but it did not work in the calculation of the cart, we then tried to put the info only for Italy in the settings of the plugin and only calculates Italy in the cart. Before the zones worked, now we do not know if it is the fault of the free plugin and should be purchased or if we did something wrong. Before buying we want to solve the thing. Thank you

    Hi,

    Both versions of the plugin are expected to work with shipping zones. If you provide more details on the issue you have we can try to figure out what’s happening here.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. the problem encountered is that in the calculate shipping of the cart is considered the only weight configuration set in the woocommerce> settings> Shipping> weight based shipping section that we set to test only for Italy. Instead, in the woocommerce section> settings> Shipping> shipping zones we have also set all other countries as well as Italy, as shown in the attached images (see link). At the beginning the sections in the Shipping area of ??woocommerce worked perfectly in the shopping cart, while now only the part in the weight based shipping section works. I wanted to know if there was any way to make the zones work or do I have to copy all the settings of all the countries again (are many) in the woocommerce> settings> Shipping> weight based shipping section, or are we making a mistake?
    the part related to the on-site pick-up always set in the shipping zone works. thank you

    Hi, the plugin works with both Shipping Zones and the global shipping method (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Weight Based Shipping). We also haven’t updated the plugin recently so there must be something changed in your environment.

    Please gather all the following details.
