Weight Based Shipping & Role Based Method

    Hi Support Team,

    I want to ask how to set up the weight based shipping combine with role based method for woocommerce.

    I already set up weight based shipping on shipping option and set the role for guest / customer. I also set up the weight for test product (one product). But when I checkout, there is no option for it just show another shipping method.

    Could you please guide me how to set it up or something that I wrong?

    I have a problem vice versa with the weight based shipping combined with role based method for woocommerce.

    Even if all roles are deactived for weight based shipping its still showing up.
    Other shipping methods like “free shipping work as expected and are only showing up if logged in with the corresponding role.

    Any help is greatly appreciated

    3. I’m testing it with the order:
    all orders, use weight based Shipping in a shipping zone is showing up and working

    4. I expect to see (or not to see)
    I expect not to see the weight based shipping zone if current used role is not activated within the role based methods plugin.
    Other methods like “free shipping” are not showing up as expected

    5. I do see instead:
    even if all roles are deactivated within role based methods plugin for wheight based shipping its showing up

    Hi @thwolfi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    It used to work with Role Based Methods up to 2.1.4. Maybe they have changed something causing the issue since then. If you can send me the latest version I’ll check it.
