Weight based shipping is not working properly

    We set up weight based shipping specific zones with different prices based on weight. The customer’s cart always defaults with a shipping cost of $6 for any shipping zone. The weight based shipping is not working properly. The screenshot below has a product shipping to Alaska with a price that is not correct based on our shipping zone cost. Need help.
