Weight Based Shipping: Free Shipping

    Hello dear support team,
    we use your plug-in and currently have a problem with the setting. We have weight based set up as in the screen. But in the purchase process the free and paid shipping is shown. This is very confusing for the customers. How to hide the shipping fee when free shipping is available.

    Hello Patrick,

    To hide the paid shipping option when the free one is active, add opposite conditions to them. For example, if your free shipping rules are set with ‘Order Subtotal above $100’, put ‘Order Subtotal below $100′ to your paid rules.
