Weight based shipping for different sellers

    Could you please describe what means “multivendor ecommerce site”? I’m not familiar with this term.

    Multivendor means that there are more than one sellers who can sell their products from the site. Site Owner charge a small amount of each sale as commission.

    Thanks for the explanation.

    How do you solve this issue for other shipping methods, like Flat Rate, for example? It should be applicable to this plugin also.

    Flat Rate shipping will be common for all sellers. But some sellers who do not want to opt flat shipping method, then they will add their own weight wise shipping method.

    Can we do something like when we register new shipping method, it will be registered as sellers ID ? And at the cart the total amount of each product will be calculated by adding the sellers defined rates. ??

    The second thing is that can the “ADD NEW SHIPPING METHOD” be added to frontend ? I mean the form will be displayed at frontend …and use will create own shipping methods without going to backend.

    That’s not a common thing which others may need so I’m not going to implement this in the near future. I think you can find a freelancer to do this work you.
