Weight Based Shipping: Can the plugin manage extra fee for Cash on Delivery

    Hi,
    I’m setting up a webshop for a client and I tried your plugin but I can’t figure out if it’s possible to add a standard fee for Cash on Delivery that apply to all the different shipping rules. Is it possible?
