Weight based shipping as default shipping

    Hi there,

    I set up weight based shipping, and it should be the primary shipping option for everything under €500. However, it’s not working. I already dragged it to the top in the WooCommerce shipping options, but it’s still not working. Does anybody have similar issues or knows how to resolve this?

    Do you have global WBS rules at WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Weight Based Shipping?

    Yes, I’m using shipping zones and the weight based shipping is in there. I moved it to the top, but it’s still not showing as the default.

    There are two places where you can define WBS rules:
    — Global WBS shipping method: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Weight Based Shipping
    — One or more WBS methods under shipping zones: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Zones -> <shipping zone> -> Weight Based Shipping

    If you have a global WBS shipping method, WooCommerce will show its shipping option(s) below other shipping options coming from shipping zones (either WBS or not).

    Does that make sense?
