Weight and dimensions

    Hi,

    We have configured the plugin and we see the order in the Planzer website in the section Track&Trace.

    But the weight and dimensions that are in Woocommerce don’t go to the order in Planzer paket portail.

    Can you help us ?

    Thanks for reaching out. Currently, we do not transmit information about weight and dimensions to Planzer. However, we have already added this feature to our backlog.
