WeGlot integration

  • Hello,

    We are using the Advanced Woo Search on a website that is translated with weglot.
    The problem is that, when using a different language on the website, the research correctly shows translated results but i have to search for the original language name.

    For example (we have the main language setted as English and the translated one is Italian):
    In order to search for a black tee (ita=maglia nera) in the italian website version, i need to input the english name of the product; if i input the italian word the research shows no results.

    Hello,

    First of all – please open the plugin settings page and click ‘Reindex table’ button. After finish please check search results one more time.

    Hello Illid,

    Thank you for the answer. I did the reindex but unfortunately nothing changed.
    Could you check the plugin usability with WeGlot? Maybe I cav give you my testing account in order to check the functionality, we are interested in the Pro option but we need to know that the search works ok with WeGlot.
    If not possible no problem at all!
