    Hello. In the settings I deactivated “weekly summary” by checking the checkbox, but I still get it. What can I do? Thank you.

  • Hey @danihu – Thanks for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with disabling the Weekly WPForms lite summary email.

    When we’ve seen this happen before, the issue was that while the email summary was correctly disabled on the main website, the summary email might be getting sent from a staging website or a separate website that uses the same admin email address that you’ve assigned.

    When you get a chance, in the summary email, you can click on the link and that should direct you to the website from where the email is coming.
