    Hello,

Is there a way to change the frequency of this report to be monthly or simply disable it?

    Thanks.

    Hi @dsl225,

Thanks for reaching out to us! We’re happy to support you.

To stop receiving the weekly updates, please click the “unsubscribe” link.

At the moment, there isn’t a feature within the plugin that allows you to change the frequency of email. I’ve passed on your feedback to our development team.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Thanks!

Sorry but this doesn’t seem to work and it is really annoying.

I unsubscribed my address last week by using the link but I still receive this report again this week and the link doesn’t work anymore.

Please add an option in settings for this.

I’m posting here again as your “Weekly Reports” are really becoming annoying! As previously stated: UNSUBSCRIBING doesn’t work!

I unsubscribe every single week and keep getting them every single week that follows… Can you please check this? Thanks.

Before sending you an email I first wanted to test this further and I realize that the “unsubscribe” link that is provided with the email opens a 404 page. It’s just a dead link.

Are we supposed to create an “unsubscribe” page for that?

Don’t well understand the purpose of this as no admin has previously subscribed for receiving those reports. Why is this enabled by default?

I am having the same issue, the unsubscribe link is just a dead link and I can’t find anywhere a setting to disable these “weekly reports”.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I do not want these “reports”.
    Please advise.

    Hi there,

The unsubscribe link in the weekly summary email should work automatically without any additional configuration from your end.

If you are getting a 404 page, then this might be due to some error. If you can contact us on our private support channel here, then we can check it further.

Currently, the weekly summary email is enabled by default and can only be disabled from the unsubscribe link but we have noted your feedback and will try to add an option for this in the upcoming versions.

    Hello,

It seems that this issue has been fixed with the latest update.
This time I was able to get a page confirming my un-subscription instead of the 404 page and I’ll wait next week to see whether this really worked – but it looks like at this point. Thanks.
