    Hi @samiahmed,

Did you try different page where [wedocs] shortcode is placed? Additionally, refresh your permalink structure from your dashboard > Settings > Permalink.

If the issue still exists, change your theme for a testing purpose and check if this works for you.
Along with that, please share screenshots of both frontend and backend page settings. Share your frontend page URL as well to check.

Thanks and have a nice day.

tried switching themes. but didn’t worked out. This is backend. Page that has the shortcode doesn’t show up in list and the ones which are showing don’t have shortcode either.

Check out this page. In breadcrumbs the docs link should take us to docs https://dotnetreport.com/docs But it takes to a different page and i can’t find the suitable page to select in settings

    Hi @samiahmed,

Thanks for the update. I believe you have already set up the weDocs Homepage as shown in this screenshot.

On the other hand, your shared page is working with the docs and its redirection. Check this video. Changing the browser or clearing the browser cache might help.

However, if the issue is complicated, please contact our technical team for further investigation.

Thanks and have a nice day.

Same here. A few random pages are shown, unrelated to WeDocs. There was, by luck, an empty page I have created for a plugin I never used and moved the code there.

To support: Please do not try to shift the burden of proof or pain to find the issue to your users. It is better for you to fix the problem. Changing themes and trying a few other things could eventually break websites of people who need them to make a living. Delaying solving the issues also delays any revenue from upgrades.
