WeDevs Project Manager Plugin Support or Key Constraint?

    We consistently see the following process failure when trying to clone sites with the WeDevs Project Manager plugin.

    SQL ERROR: Cannot drop table ‘wp_X_pm_projects’ referenced by a foreign key constraint ‘wp_X_pm_invoice_ibfk_1’ on table ‘wp_X_pm_invoice’.

    FOR QUERY: DROP TABLE IF EXISTS wp_X_pm_projects

    ENTERING exit_processes

    As of now the only solution is using the NS Site Cloner’s Pro version to deselect all the _pm_ tables. The “Skip Views” and “Skip Constraints” do not seem to change this behavior for either the Free or Pro versions.

    Are there some plugins that simply won’t work with the tool? If so is there a possible solution to resolve or somehow ensure compatibility?

    Hi There,

    There are no plugins that won’t work with Cloner by design, but if there is a plugin that has not been properly coded or that creates issues in the WordPress database then that could definitely cause interference with Cloner since it relied on the WordPress database to be in good condition in order to perform a successful clone.

    Have you reached out to the WeDevs Project Manager plugin’s support as well? How. about optimizing your database and trying Cloner again?
