Wedevs (and Dokan) = Some of the worst support ever. You’ve been warned.

Wedevs support is notoriously bad (if not absolutely terrible). Making a quick google search will make you quickly understand what i’m talking about. If you intend to build serious marketplace website and think that, paying for a pro/premium plugin (especially at this price) you deserve a good (if not amazing) support then…don’t buy Dokan Pro (or any wedevs products).
It is also extremly expensive if you want all the features (much more than the price you think you’ll pay when you check their website). At is initial price it’s already 50 $ more expensive than other plugin which achieve the same and mroe (and with great support) but if you want some basic features include in other plugins (vendor reviews etc.) well everything that should be included and is not, you’ll spend 500$ each year… yeah 500$… (and they aren’t even ashamed of that)
I’ve switched few months ago from Dokan Pro to WC Vendors Pro and couldn’t be happier, support is like night and day. Wc vendors pro support team listen, they understand, they answer within 12 hours… and they fix problems…none of that have ever been achieved with Dokan pro and its support team. And for 149 $ it does what is achieved spending 350 to 400$ with Dokan pro. Too bad i discovered wc vendors after i lost money (much more than it’s worth) and my time with bad support.
