Webstory video automatically trimming

    Hi Team

    I created a webstory with mp4 videos and images,i have uploaded a video in mp4 format which have aduration of more than 2 mins.this video is getting trim and moving to new page in 20 seconds

    I am able to play video of about 59 seconds but this particular video which is more than 2 mins is getting truncated automatically

    Can anybody help in this matter

    Hi there, can you please share the URL to your story so we can take a look?

    Page advancement should happen only after the video is played, but there are some limits.

    We recommend videos that are less than 15 seconds per page, so you should really split your video into multiple shorter parts across multiple pages.
