Webstories showing black on google

Hi. While using the google app, my latest webstory showed up as a story to view and it was black. Another story by another blogger was also black – but then there were many stories showing from others. This leads me to believe there is something wrong with my plugin if my entire story is showing black? When I took a screen shot, it said “redirecting” but it never redirected. Why is it black and how do I fix it? How do I upload my screenshots for you to see?
