  • Hello @emilrueh thanks for getting in touch. Thanks for providing the video and I can see the same when browsing on your site. To help you further with this please could you provide the following:

    1. Your Site Health information using this form.
    2. Were the stories in this carousel working previously or has this always been the case?
    3. Do the stories work if you navigate directly to their urls? Could you provide a couple of these?

I can also see a significant amount of console errors on your site relating to “websocket connection” and other JavaScript errors. It may be worth checking with these with your hosting provider but once I have the information from you I can help try to narrow down any particular plugin that could also be causing issues here.

@emilrueh thanks for providing the information. As you looks to have several active plugins it would be good to rule out any potential conflicts here. Please could you follow the steps below and let me know if you can identify any plugins causing this.

Use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    • Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if you still get the issue.
    • Enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    • Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

This is an entirely unrelated notice on your Site Health screen telling you that you could improve your server performance. I’d recommend talking to your hosting provider about that.

We are going to mark your topic as resolved as we haven’t received a response. Please feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to experience any issues. Thank you!
