@ritik001 Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Previous users who’ve reported the issue confirmed the issue subsided after clearing any browser cache. Can you try and clear your browsers cache before checking once more? If you use chrome, you can use this url chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

You’ll also want to clear any server-side cache and any caching plugins.
