Hello, I have Jetpack installed on my site and an account connected to WordPress. When I enter the console on my site, an error appears as in the title.

    WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-

Also, no matter which site I install it on, the jetpack plugin causes a great slowness in the admin panel.

    Hi @baykanun,

<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>Thank you for providing your site URL. I see that your Jetpack connection for the site is healthy:?https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=olivacat.com.</span>

That said, the WebSocket error is most likely related to a transient issue with the connection to WordPress.com.

The admin panel’s perceived slowness could caused by a variety of problems one of them being server resource limitations. You might want to check with your hosting provider to ensure that there are no restrictions on PHP processes or connections.

<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>Additionally, you can temporarily disable other plugins to see if a conflict is causing the slowdown. For instructions on running a conflict test for your site, consult our guide at?https://jetpack.com/support/troubleshooting-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/.</span>

<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>If the issue persists, please reply to this thread with more details. You can use a plugin like?Query Monitor?to gather reports and highlight unusual Jetpack requests.</span> Your host could also help you with resource usage logs to help us better pinpoint potential issues.

    Best regards,

Hello, when I check, I see that www.remarpro.com has the same slowness on its support pages. Please watch the screen recording video. While loading www.remarpro.com, I reloaded many sites at the same time, but www.remarpro.com took more than 30 seconds to load in my browser. What can I do about this issue? Do I need to use a different browser?

    Hi there, @baykanun,

Checking if the issue persists in a different browser is a great idea, and it can help you narrow down the potential root of the issue. I’d also try to load the page with all the browser extensions turned off, and with a full cleared cache – that’s to see which pages are actually really slow loading.

I would also like to circle back on this:

Also, no matter which site I install it on, the jetpack plugin causes a great slowness in the admin panel.

When you mention the ” admin panel, ” do you refer to the WP Admin dashboard? Do you use the same hosting provider for all the installs reporting this error? I wonder if that could be a host setting that conflicts with Jetpack.

Let me know what you find out about these two issues!

I do not have this problem in a different browser, we can skip this step.

I have whm/almalinux server with two different ip adress. I provide the management of these servers. There is nothing we block for jetpack (xmlrpc access is available.)

I have experienced this slowness in different companies before.

As soon as I turn off the jetpack plugin, wp-admin takes 1-2 seconds to load, and when I activate it, it increases to +10 seconds. I installed the jetpack plugin just to receive woocommerce notifications. I don’t use any of its features.

    Hi there, @baykanun,

If I get this right, the slow time has happened to you with Jetpack despite the host you were using for your sites, and it happens even if you turn off all the Jetpack features, is that correct? If that’s so, it’s a weird case, and we would indeed like to investigate further.

Do you have any PHP or CPU logs that flag this slow time? You can ask your host to help you gather them. When you have these, you can send us via email through this contact form – noting that your first contact to us might not have the option to attach files, but when we reply to you, then you will be able to attach files.

When you contact us, please mention this thread so we can connect the dots ?? Thanks!
