WebSocket connection failed

  • After entering name and email details the plugin is hanging. The web browser console is showing the following error (pid hidden):

    WebSocket connection to ‘wss://chatserver002.3cx.net/chatchannel?cid=18490&pid=[xxxx]’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 502

    It appears that their API is down, but I’ve received no reply at all from the developers, and they do not seem to have a status page for the API.

    Is anyone else getting this response from wss://chatserver002.3cx.net ?

    We really need to know if this an issue with their API, or something local to our server.
