    Hi there!

I don’t have ads on my site, I don’t sell products/services on my site, I don’t promote a business on my site and I don’t solicit donations or sponsorships on my site, yet JetPack has classified it as commercial, on the grounds of ’Commercial Domain Extension’.

We are not-for-profit and our only goal is to inform our audiences and create good quality content, please reinstate our non-commercial license.

    Hi @capivaraalternativa

I have confirmed that your website meets our non-commercial definition and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records.

To use Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites, please follow the flow on this page to certify that your site is non-commercial:

    https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase

    1. Check the boxes that apply to your site which make it non-commercial
    2. You will be given the opportunity to make a contribution toward the service if you would like. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I tried following the step by step however there’s a problem: I created the website through the hostinger platform, so when I log directly into wordpress.com it says I don’t have a website with them (even though I do, but through Hostinger).

    How should I procede?

    Thanks in advance again!

    Hi again @capivaraalternativa,

Hmm, I suspect that you are not signed in to WordPress.com with the right credentials – the email address connected to your site should be like so c*****o@c*****************a.com (I redacted it for obvious privacy reasons). If you forgot the password, you can reset it here.

I hope that the above helps. Thank you!

    Hi Paulina,

Unfortunately it doesn’t help. I created the website through the platform Hostgator, when I bought hosting services with them. This means that I can log into a wp-admin webpage tailored for my website, however, if I go to wordpress.com and log in with my credentials, it returns a message saying I don’t have a website created with wordpress.com yet.

This means that when I click the link you guys sent me, it says “create your first website” too. It doesn’t allow me to proceed to the “purchase” part.

Basically, it has nothing to do with my password but my website being created from Hostgator.

    Hi @capivaraalternativa,

When a website connects with the Jetpack plugin we do so using a WordPress.com account.

You can check which email address is used for creating the WordPress.com account and the Jetpack connection from WordPress Admin > Jetpack > Dashboard > Account connection . The Account connection section is at the bottom of the page.

Once you know the email address you can login to your WordPress.com account here. If you do not know the password for the WordPress.com account you can reset it here.

    Best,
