website working fine but no page and post in dashboard

last day the problem started when I tried to login to my dashboard using the username and password it was not working and i finally found out that my wp_users is missing form my mysql db and i added it from my old backup and some how managed to login the dashboard ,And the dashboard was loading really slow and i found that there is no page and posts in the blog that i have made Ie I can see the post and page in the website and but when i login to the dash board i cannot see it nor edit it , I thought it was cache so i cleared the cache but still there is ZERO post and page inside the wordpress but the site still shows it
i have updated my wordpress to 3.3.2 but still the issue is not fixed, i could see that the post is lisited in my db file wp_posts .
when i try to add post i get this notice

“Are you sure you want to do this?”
“Please try again.”

Please someone know the fix please help
