Website wont Load

    when opening up my website, I get this box that comes up on the bottom of my screen.

    What do you want to do with YF1NOQT2 (418 bytes)?
    From VIPDIRECTORIESNET.COM

    Then it has Open Save or cancel

    I even tried logging in and it wont even log me in. This is my original log on, not my current one.

    I updated to the newest one the other day. I just updated my geo directory plug in and I went to hit view site and KaBOOM. It popped this up and I can’t even log on to my website.

    I don’t know what to do. I am not savvy with this stuff. My host is bluehost.

    Please please help. I hope when I wake up, it will be fixed, maybe it was bad code or something from an update or wordpress is down???

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
