Website won’t load

  • Hi,

    There seems to be a problem with my website. It simply won’t load. I have access to the dashboard though. I can update plugins, open pages but cannot open the website. Tried opening it in Chrome and Explorer, still nothing.

    What am I supposed to do in this particular case?

    Hi there.

    Thank you for writing in.

    Can you please try using the WordPress default theme like twenty-sixteen or other for once?
    If it did not work either then there may be a problem within your site URL.

    If this works except the accesspress lite theme then can you please mail us at [email protected] regarding your issue so that we could help you in solving it?
