Website will open a new website. Malware / Virus

Hi All,

I have already scanned my website and deleted some files that wordfence recommended.
My problem here is, everytime I / others will go to my website ( still being developed )
and they will click any tabs in my site, they will be diverted to another site.

Pls. advise how will I fix this?
