• Hi guys, this is my website: https://www.coolest-tech.com

Recently ive been having a lot of trouble with the speed of my website, and now the website wont actually load at all, it tries to load, but the page remains blank.

Could this have something to do with me changing my nameservers? Yesterday i changed my nameservers to nameservers from “Cloudflare” and i had to enter all my DNS settings, cloudflare claims to speed up websites using a CDN (Content delivery network). Have i given them the wrong DNS settings maybe?
Also, when i got back from work today, the website worked, but then it just suddenly stopped working, and the only thing i did directly before it stopped working was try and add Google adsense to my site using the “Advertising manager” plugin.

Its really annoying because i am on the verge of getting a relatively expensive product for review on my site, and if they see that the website has gone down, they might take it back.

Please help, if you need any information just ask,
    thank you for your time,
    -GG

  • Hi gadgetgod,

Have you checked with your host. Some quick troubleshooting yielded the following:

-going to direct went to a server not found error
-go directly to the IP generated a mysql error. Do you have a mysql subdomain that should be added?

I also noticed two entries for name servers in your DNS settings that point to domaincontrol.com. Do you own your own NS?

Do you have a copy of your DNS zone file prior to activating CloudFlare? It might make it really easy to figure out what the issue is.

im having the same issue however the issue is only from the outside going to my web blog which is php, however accessing my other sites that are in HTML are fine and i can access my web blog within the network, and im hosting the server myself. i have changed the dns on the router but that hasnt fixed it i have also deactivated all my plugins as well as upgrading from 3.04 to 3.1 and i cant seem to figure out the exact issue

    any suggestions?!?!

    thank you in advance

    Hi pspuria81,

Are you a CloudFlare user? I would be able to look at a CloudFlare issue, unfortunately. If so, I would need to know the domain.

nope, im using dot.tk for my website names and i host my own webserver

    Hi,

I definitely wouldn’t be much help for you, unfortunately. Best of luck getting it resolved!

am i in the right category for my issue? is there some one in particular that i should go to regarding this issue on www.remarpro.com forum?

    Hi damoncloudflare,
I cant really copy the whole existing file without writing it all out.

So before i have to do that…

On cloudflare, where i enter my DNS zone details, should my 2 Nameserver files at the end be changed to the 2 nameservers that Cloudflare gave me.
Because when i checked over the DNS records i set the nameserves to the ones that i originally had with godaddy, so maybe thats why?

    Thank you,

    Hi Gadgetgod,

I believe Michelle just responded to you. The issue appears to be a server issue with your host.

Yes thank you damon, ive looked into it abit more but i still cant find out whats wrong, i think ill just have to contact Godaddy now.

    Thank you for your time!

I will post the solution as soon as i get it ??

By the way let me just say i am very impressed with the response time of Cloudflare, ive never had such quick replies and solutions.
