  • Hi reinigraphi
There are some files in your wp-includes directory that might be missing. If you know the version of WordPress you are using, you can download the fresh copy and try replacing the files inside wp-includes directory.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

I am going to have to ask you to follow the following steps that another volunteer by the name of Tara had recommended for PHP Fatal errors:

Fatal error in the output generally indicates either:
    (1) your theme doesn’t like your version of WordPress
    (2) you have a plugin that doesn’t like your version of WordPress
    (3) or you have an incomplete install/upgrade.

    So, have you tried:

    – deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try deactivating via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
    – switching to the unedited default, core-bundled Theme (such as Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen or Twenty Fourteen) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue. If you don’t have access to your admin area, you can switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.
resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them and force them inactive).
    – If the above troubleshooting steps fail to resolve the issue, try MANUALLY re-uploading all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones. Read the Manual Update directions first!

Lets start with this and see where we are.

    Any other solution?:(

    Hi,

Not sure if it is your theme not liking the underlying WordPress. Did you try de-activating all plugins and then activating them one by one to find out the problematic plugin maybe? I did not see you mention the result of this.

Let me know what happened with this one.

    Hi Tanveer ,
I had try deleting all plugin n the theme i used.
    Still it not working.
    Pls help it driving crazy:(

    Hi,

If I understand correctly, what you are saying is that you had deleted all plugins and also the theme? So even a simple skeletal WordPress also doesn’t show up ?

If this is really the case then re-installing entire WordPress on the server from the beginning is the only thing I can think of.

    What hosting are you using?

    Hi Tanveer,

    Great thanks for your time.
    Had manage to solve it.
Once again great thanks for your effort:)

    Hi,

Thats awesome ! phew ! How did you solve it ? Interested to know what the cause was and the solution.

Additionally, I would like to mention that if your specific question has been answered, we would love it if you would mark this topic as resolved in the right hand sidebar. This helps our volunteers find the topics that still need attention and more people will get helped, possibly like you did.

If you have another question you can always ask us again on this forum.

    Thanks
