    Hello @

Thank you for using our plugin.

Most probably you have some pages on your website that have links to that banner ( https://nicec.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/shop3_banner1-1.jpg ) which does not exist, hence why the plugin is reporting it.

To find out which page it is, enable the logging for event ID 6023. Refer to logs for 404 errors for more information on how to enable the log files, what these events mean etc.

    Dear support,
Thank you for your reply, I try to capture the URLs that generate the 404 error, but I can’t find “the User Profiles & Activity” tab, could you please help check?

    Hello @neal86

Here is what you need to do:

    1) Click on WP Activity Log once logged in to your WordPress dashboard
    2) Click on Enable/Disable Events
    3) Click on the WordPress & System tab and then on the User/Visitor Actions tab.

I hope that helps. Please let me now if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you for your reply,

There is no event ID 6023 under the User/Visitor Actions tab. https://prnt.sc/v8uxm6
Is this required me to upgrade my plan or?

    I am sorry @neal86

My bad. Event ID 6023 can be configured from the tab Front-end events in the Enable/Disable Events section.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you! Robert,

    1. I can see the not exit URL now, but how do I know which button the user clicks that cause they go to this no-exit URL?(https://prnt.sc/v9ryfi)

    2. Why the plugin records the same change many times? (https://prnt.sc/v9ro92)

    Hello @neal86

Glad that you have found out the URL. You can enable the logs and referrers logging, however, if you want to solve this 404 issue I’d recommend using another plugin such as Redirects. Our plugin is more focused on users’ and sites activity rather than tracking 404 errors. In fact that feature will be removed very soon.

In regards to your second question, that really depends. As such the plugin should not report that unless the user is closing and re-opening the page. Since this is a totally different issue, can you please open a separate thread in this forum or send us an email at [email protected]?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
