I keep getting the following error: Website visitor has requested a non existing page (404 error) Number of times: X.

X can be any number.

When I check the data inspector, the error is always a variation of multiple URLs concatenated together.

Hello @ouzillou

Thank you for using our plugin.

That is not an error, but a log entry telling you that the SEMRush both is trying to access that URL, which does not exist on your website. You can always disable this event ID so it is not reported anymore, however, the best solution would be to find out which page on your website is pointing to that broken link.

If you want to disable all events with ID 6023, so they are no longer reported you can do so by following the procedure in how to disable the logging of a specific event ID.

Somehow, it is a concatenation of two links with repeats:
1) https://www.skyfallmeteorites.com/blog/education-research/david-weir-meteorite-studies/iron/iab-mg-main-group/canyon-diablo
2) /about-us/testimonials-submit/
3) /about-us/testimonials-submit/
4) /about-us/testimonials-submit/

This situation happens not just with SEMrush, but also with other bots like Bing and Google.

Any insights based on this more detailed information?

Hello @ouzillou

If all the bots are trying to follow that link, then it must be used on one of your website pages. In some cases, the plugin might be able to record the referrer in the logs.

Can you enable the 404 logs to see if the plugin can report the referrer? If the logs are not enabled you should have a notice in the event itself to enable the logs.
