Website version disappeared

Hello everyone, everything good?
I redesigned this site approximately in December 2023, completely redesigning the site with new pages and settings. On Friday last week (05/31/2024), this version simply disappeared without a trace. The website returned to a 2021 version, which was very old and outdated.
I have no idea what could have happened, and it’s as if all the changes I’ve made since 2023 never existed. I would like to know how I can resolve this without losing all the work that took me months to do, please.

First thing to do is to contact your host. Maybe something bad happened and they rolled out from a backup?
