Yikes! Yes, your site indeed looks like it was hacked. Hopefully you have a backup of it prior to the hack. From what I see, the hack appears to focus in the menu area. While logged in to your site, you might want to go to Appearance > Menus and check to see if the weird looking text has been injected into your active menu. That might be something you could fairly easily remove yourself. Beyond this, I myself NOT being any kind of WordPress security guy, I’d call in some expert help.

Oh, one thing for sure, change ALL passwords right now that are associated with your site (e.g., WordPress login, SSH/SFTP, MySQL, etc.). Also, call your host, talk about backups as well as let them know what appears to have happened. They may have some kind of helpful remedy for you. ??

I just went in and changed all my passwords, and deleted the menu bar and recreated it. Seemed to fix it phew.. I was stressing!
