Website Theme Not Showing After Theme Activation

Please help my website’s theme doesn’t activate or show up after I activate it and I’ve tried several themes it still having the same results.

Its theme shows up after I activate it on the dashboard but when I view it not as an admin it shows up in html view with no theme whatsoever. I also tried viewing the site on another browser to check if the site’s theme was really activated for other people to see but its in fact in HTML view.
