Website tagline changes not reflected on “Like” button

The plugin installation worked, but I noticed I still get the “Just Another WordPress Site” tagline after the website title when clicking on the like button. I’m assuming that default tagline will appear on Facebook. I had already removed “Just Another WordPress Site” in the dashboard Settings> General> tagline and saved the changes. (twice) It was definitely saved since the tagline was blank when I went back into settings. I tried reactivating the plugin after I saved the tagline changes again. But the “like” button still shows “just another wordpress site”. Why isn’t the plugin reflecting the website tagline settings and still showing this (annoying) default tagline?
