Website suddenly forbidden – no permission to access

Hi!

I’m using 4.0.1 and when I click on my site, https://rachelay.me I get this message:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It was working up to 12 hours ago, and I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary other than update a few plugins. Does anyone have any advice please?
