Website Stuck In Web Maintenance Mode ??

  • Hi Guys,

    Went to update a plugin this morning – thought it was done and then went to try and get into the backend or view the front end and still states “in maintenance mode” how can i stop this?

  • I just had same problem. It seems I’m the one to answer it.

    I used my FTP program to access my blog root directory.

    Delete the file .maintenance

    All is well.
