    Ok here’s the situation:

    1. There are 2 users managing the WordPress.com account that holds our website, we appointed a vendor to handle the billing with WordPress.com
    2. We renewed our WordPress.com subscription late (Creator/Entrepreneur Plan), and had just restored backup
    3. After we restored backup, JetPack was having problems, so I reconnected using my JetPack
    4. Now the website seems to be disconnected from our vendor’s JetPack, and we seem to be stuck in ‘Free’ mode
    5. Our vendor is unable to login
    6. To make matters worse, we can’t login our website, even using our WordPress.com account either

    We tried both methods (WordPress.com and username/password), but keep getting the error message:

    There was an error logging you in via WordPress.com, please try again or try logging in with your username and password.
