Website Stuck in Private Mode

Ok here’s the situation:
- There are 2 users managing the WordPress.com account that holds our website, we appointed a vendor to handle the billing with WordPress.com
- We renewed our WordPress.com subscription late (Creator/Entrepreneur Plan), and had just restored backup
- After we restored backup, JetPack was having problems, so I reconnected using my JetPack
- Now the website seems to be disconnected from our vendor’s JetPack, and we seem to be stuck in ‘Free’ mode
- Our vendor is unable to login
- To make matters worse, we can’t login our website, even using our WordPress.com account either
