Website still unknown but already a spam comment

    Hi
    I’ve set up a web site 2-3 days ago nobody knows the address because I’m playing around with WordPress and I want to take my time before publishing posts and other stuff.
    The only post I have is still HELLO WORLD. Wake up this morning and found that there is one spam comment.
    So now the question is how to prevent in the better way comments spam (although I realize is not possible to eradicate completely)
