Website Speed Service Not Finished Yet

Hello,
we entered an order for your service past Sep 24th. Since it is now over a week since the job was requested and supposedly started, we must update our client; we have tried directly via email to contact you requesting an update on this job, but have received no answer yet.

Since it is now over a week since the job was requested and supposedly started, we would like to hear from you ASAP. We tested the site with GTMetrix and the results have not changed a bit, we must assume you guys have not started the job.

Can you please provide us with a job delivery date?
