Website speed issue

Hi,
I am trying to use your plugin to improve the load speed of the website https://www.tipplemill.com. At the moment it is lagging terribly on page load and we really need it speeding up. Can you please help me to adjust the settings to enable this to work. I’d be happy to give you wordpress admin access to take a look if it helps, but i’ve listed some screenshots below to show you what is currently setup on there.
