website slow when user login

@gunnu Comet Cache does not cache the WordPress Dashboard or admin users. It only caches visits to the front-end of your site.

Ok, It means for admin users website will be slow. But how can I speedup my admin? should I install another plugin for this. Please let me know if you have any solution.
