    Hi,

    The settings can be found in TP Settings –> Advanced tab –> Debug tab –> Optimize TranslatePress database tables option.

    However, please notice that those images may be different in sizes. WordPress itself generates images of different sizes every time when you upload an image. If the case, there is no real concern about performance because the image size we register is really small so it doesn’t occupy a lot of space on servers.

    Hi Alex,

    I tried removing duplicate rows but the speed hasn’t improved.

    I’m aware that wp will generate images in different sizes when I upload an image. So far, any image that wp generates never show up in the media library before. Upon checking, all the duplicates are the same size and resolution.

    Is there a setting that prevents the plugin from duplicating images?

    Hi,

    There is no specific settings to prevent this.
    Do you still encounter loading speed issues?
