Dear team kindly note I did GO LIVE from 2 days for my new website and its super slow on WIFI and 5G, we tested it through mobile tablet and laptop screens in Saudi Arabia and UAE. We have a very powerful connection and super fast but the website is slow. i am opening this thread here because of the CDN and the caching system in WordPress and WooCommerce because our website is missing CDN. I am sure with CDN the performance will get better not to mention i have around 40 plugins in the backend up and running. You are the expert guys here can someone please recommend me what should I use? Cloudflare or WP ROCKET or what to do to have more speed? my server storage is safe as well and we have a good hosting provider. Thanks for the support and the advices. appreciate it!

    Hi @marchajj ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your site is slow, and you would like some suggestions on the best way forward to improve its speed and performance, is this correct?

After checking the sites speed and performance for both mobile and desktop, it is indeed pointing out performance issues as seen in the screenshot below:

    Mobile results:

    Desktop results:

You can monitor your sites speed and performance using a service, such as GT Metrix, this also shows you were the performance issues are coming from.

There are several contributing factors to the slowness of a site, most of which can be found in the following troubleshooting documentation:

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @marchajj ,

    Happy to help!

It is so hard to say since it is important to choose the right CDN solution that fits your specific requirements, like budget, features, performance, and compatibility.

I found a recently published article that provides a list of the best CDN providers for WordPress, feel free to check it out here.

My suggestion would be to check the reviews of different CDN solutions and then find one that works for you ??

    Hope this helps!

Please contact your web developer regarding this.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are facing that error.

Which version of PHP is the site using? To help you to investigate, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Hello team after many updates recently to WordPress and woocommerce, kindly note I have a critical serious issue now with the quantity, I cannot add more than 1 quantity to the basket per item. please check my website here: https://kcosmetics.store/ and try to add 2 or 3 quantities per item per basket, the plus sign not working why? I disabled all plugins and didn’t work, I updated the pinkmart kite studio and check their support and they are saying on the demo it’s working. I am lost a little bit here, I appreciate your help and support in this if anyone can advise. if it’s a code or conflict with the plugin I’m not sure. Thank you!
