We have been using the free version of the Total Cache plugin. We utilize a CDN, Object Cache, and Database Cache by connecting to a memcached cluster in AWS. We are also taking advantage of minify and other common options. However, when we disable the object cache and database features of W3C Total Cache, we notice a significant improvement of at least 2 seconds in load time. This is contrary to what should happen, as it is supposed to speed up the website.

We are considering subscribing to the paid version, but we need to identify the root cause of this issue before making a decision.
