Website shows only refund and return policy. All other pages are gone

  • My website shows only one page and this is the refund and return policy page. No other pages are available, nor the menu or anything else from my website. The homepage, about page, etc I can find them in pages though so they are not deleted.

    I have absoluetly no idea what to do. Can anyone help out or point me into a direction? I tried restoring a previous version of my theme with no effect.

  • I see multiple issues with your site.

    But first, go to SETTINGS > READING, and set the correct “Homepage” and “Posts Page” for your site.

    Set the “Homepage” to the page named “Home”

    … and the “Posts Page” to the page named “Blog”.

    After this, check the front end of your site and confirm you have the correct homepage and blog page you expect to see.

    Dear George,

    Wow, that was VERY helpful so far! At least the homepage is back! But it shows no Menu bar and there is no way to view other pages. Also the photos are a different format and displayed weirdly. Can you assist further here? Really appreciate your support!

    The only hint I can give is to check the settings for your site’s HEADER and FOOTER. These portions of your site seem to have been disconnected (just as the homepage was disconnected).

    Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer further help than this because I’m not familiar with the Elementor page builder plugin (and the Hello Elementor theme) you used to build your site.

    Luckily, you’re using Elementor PRO, the paid version of Elementor. So you can get direct assistance from the plugin’s vendor, and I’ll recommend you log in to your Elementor.com account and open a helpdesk ticket to receive direct assistance from their support team: https://my.elementor.com/support-center/

    I appreciate your help once again! I contacted the elementor team and hope they can help me from here on! Thanks for helping me at least connect my homepage back!!
