Website shows blank, usual fixes do not work

    Dear Community,

    my website is down and causes me headache currently.

    Obviously it is showing a blank page – also the /wp-admin page.

    My website runs on one.com servers.

    What I tried:

    – Updating htaccess file
    – Deactivating plugins via One file manager
    – Renaming my current theme directory, in order to force wordpress to use default theme

    Nothing worked.

    Any ideas?

    Deactivated plugins by putting a:0:{} as option value in the file manager option active_plugins.

    do you recall what caused this issue? some changes in website?
    i can load readme.html on your website so Apache/Web Server is running fine.

    also i can load your login page,please login and select a theme.

    This was the answer by one.com support. DAMN! Lost my whole Wednesday pre-noon day for this.
