Website shows a white Screen on Mobile view, but when turn Desktop version shows

This needs to go into the CSS stylesheet for your site – there are several ways to do this, for instance by plugin or some themes offer it as an option or hooking a style sheet to an existing theme or by creating a child theme.

The first two are the easiest.

@yurigoul @sammylight @muktadhawan Please i am also experiencing the same issue. My web page is working alright on the computer but it does not on mobile phones. However i have added the Code as additional CSS in custom but its not working. I would have to ask can you give where i needed to add the code to in style.css folder bcos i tried several times but nothing works as well.

Kindly do help me. Thank you guys in advance.

Log in to your WordPress Admin Panel – Go to Appearance – Customize – Additional CSS – past the given CSS Code and save it.
