Website Serves Wrong Version

Hello guys i installed your plugin to my website but when i uninstall it the website keeps serving a cached version of the website and im pretty confused.

Things i did.

Clear Browser Cache
Cleared DNS
Cleared Browser DNS
Clear Temporary files
Deleted Cache Folder from WP Content
Added Must revalidate to htaccess
