• Hello,

I’ve tried searching this forum and Google for help but have had no luck with those solutions. My issue is that my website lags horribly when scrolling. I have tried the most common solutions: disabling plugins and removing the background. No luck. When I switch my current theme to the 2014 theme the scrolling issue is fixed (even with active plugins). Furthermore, I only have the scrolling issue when viewing my website in Chrome or Firefox – Internet explorer does not have the scrolling issue (to my knowledge).

The only thing I can think that I did was enabling Gzip compression, but I did not notice this issue immediately after enabling Gzip.

    Here is the website: https://infinitycoreusa.com/

    Thanks in advance!

  • It looks like it’s one of the many javaScript files on your site, if you turn jS off it’s buttery smooth.

Unless you’re much of a coder, you’re probably going to need someone to identity the script and fix/remove it. I know that’s not much help, but that looks like the issue.

You’ve also got a LOT of jS files, you could do with them being joined together to cut server requests.
