    Hi,

I’m trying to migrate a site to a new domain. I used the auto-migration feature but after pressing “restore” I receive a “Website restore times out” message.

    Please advise? Many thanks.

    Hi
I’ve backed up a site on one server and tried to restore it on one of my subdomains. After clicking restore it says it has failed. Then I have no access to anything on the backend of the site. It says that it cannot establish communication with my server.
Any ideas as to what the problem could be? The subdomain has basically been wiped by the looks of things. However, parts of the site can be found in the url.

    Hi @springdesign,

Sorry about the tardy reply. Could you provide us with the temp admin accounts and login page URLs of your sites? So We can perform the plugin in real environment to know what is happening. You could send us these information via Contact Us page. Thanks in advance.
